Yoga Instruction

I received my RYT training and certification from Dave and Cheryl Oliver in Scottsdale, Arizona. I feel honored to have been their student and personally absorb their unique guidance of adjustments with poses and breathing. It was a life changing experience to say the least. I have taught many group classes but love private sessions that allow me to work more closely with a students needs, giving time for adjustments and breathing cues to be taught and practiced with each session. 
I offer individual, packages and monthly rates starting at $60 a session.  I would love to meet and work with you..
